1. First create a list
a) Click on Account — and then Edit Friends
b) Click on ‘Create New List’
c) Add users to the list you created
2. Now set their permissions
a) Click on Account — and then Privacy Settings
b) Click on ‘Customize Settings’
c) Set permissions
